General Coordinators: Lottie Coe and Hannah Porter
- Oversee the general running of the society and represent the society to the University, the Guild and the Students.
- If you would like to discuss anything related to Voice and don’t know who to contact – email us.
Training and Mentor Officers: Amy Shillitoe and Grace Hopper
- Oversee training of new Voice members and ongoing training & support for members.
- Contact us if you would like to find out about how to become a Voice member or would like to discuss training procedures.
Publicity Officers: Polly Netto and Amber Taylor
- Responsible for publicity campaigns for the service and fundraising.
- Coordinators of the Raise Your Voice publicity group.
- Contact us to discuss sponsorship or if you would like to request information packs or business cards about Voice.
Information Officer: Marie Massey
- Makes sure all our information is correct and up to date and is responsible for the website.
- If you would like to provide us with information or services we might not know about, or have website queries, contact me.
Treasurer and Supplies Officer: Richard Penton
- Manages the budget and any donations we receive.
- Ensures the office is kitted out with essential supplies and equipment.
Social Secretary: Jennie Jones
- Plans social events and books venues.
- If you need to contact me about a social we’ve booked, or would like to offer a venue choice for future socials, email me.
Rota Secretary: Ruth Allen and Tom McMahon
- Manages the rota to ensure there is always enough people to answer your call.
External Relations Officer: Becca Hunt
- Manages relations with businesses and services outside of the University.
